RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Blinging Craft handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. We will try and assist you in any way we can. If we can't resolve the problem for you, you will need to return the goods at your own expense in their original condition to receive a 100% refund of the cost of goods.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Blinging Craft.

Please note that no refunds will be given for partially completed or completed diamond paintings.
